Purchase, Delivery, and Return Policy
These rules establish the rights and obligations of UAB "Dianos linija" (hereinafter – the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter – the Buyer) when entering into distance sales contracts in the online store www.dishop.lt

Product Features, Prices, and Payment
- 2.1. The main features and photos of each product are provided in the product description on the website.
- 2.2. All product prices are listed in euros including VAT.
- 2.3. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are indicated separately during the order process.
- 2.4. Payment can be made electronically through the Paysera payment system or other specified payment methods via bank transfer.
- 2.5. The Buyer can purchase products in the online store by registering in the online store system – i.e., creating an account, or without registering as a guest.
- 2.6. The Buyer, when logged into their online store account, can view their order status – whether the order has been accepted, packed, and shipped. The buyer is also automatically informed about these order stages via emails sent by the seller's system. Also, the VAT invoice for purchased goods can be downloaded there.
Product Delivery
- 3.1. Orders are delivered in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia within 1-5 business days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified for the product. To other countries, plus 1-5 business days.
- 3.2. Delivery price depends on the chosen method and country:
- Lithuania: Omniva parcel machines – €3.98;
- Latvia: Omniva parcel machines – €5.90;
- Estonia: Omniva parcel machines – €6.90;
- When ordering with courier delivery to home, plus €2
- EU countries (except Cyprus and Malta), Norway, Switzerland via Lithuania Post – €13 (per pair of shoes);
- EU countries (except Cyprus and Malta), Norway, Switzerland via Omniva – €25 (per pair of shoes);
- United Kingdom: Lithuania Post – €15 (per pair of shoes).
- Cyprus and Malta – €26 (per pair of shoes)
- 3.3. If the consumer cancels the purchase-sale contract, only the costs of the cheapest delivery method we offer are refunded, as stipulated in Article 6.228¹¹(3) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. If the Buyer chose another, more expensive delivery method, these costs are not compensated.
- 3.4. The Buyer pays for the costs of returning the goods (shipping back to the Seller), except in cases where the product is returned due to defects or incorrect delivery.
4. Right to Withdraw from the Contract and Return of Goods
- 4.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code.
- 4.2. The Buyer, having decided to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract, may notify by sending a free-form notice about the return of goods by email or by sending the goods via "Omniva" parcel machine or Lithuania Post, indicating the recipient's email address info@dishop.lt, and this will also be considered as the contract termination date.
- 4.3. The returned product must be undamaged, unused, not having lost its commercial appearance, with all labels and original undamaged packaging.
- 4.4. If the commercial packaging of the product (e.g., shoe box) is damaged or has lost its commercial appearance due to the Buyer's actions that were not necessary to inspect the product, the Seller has the right to reduce the refundable amount, taking into account the decrease in the value of the product according to Article 6.228¹¹(6) of the Civil Code.
- 4.5. Money is refunded no later than within 14 calendar days, to the same account from which the payment was made.
- 4.6. When returning goods, a completed return form must be attached to the shipment. The form can be filled out and printed from the website, or filled out by hand on a paper sheet, indicating all the information provided in the sample return form (return date, buyer's name, surname, order number, phone number, bank account number from which payment was made, purchase date, amount paid for returned goods for refund).
- 4.7. A VAT invoice is NOT REQUIRED for returning goods, the information listed in section 4.6 is sufficient.
5. Liability and Dispute Resolution
- 5.1. The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from actions not necessary to inspect the product (Article 6.228¹¹(6) of the Civil Code).
- 5.2. The Seller is responsible for the quality of the goods, as provided in Article 6.333 of the Civil Code. If the product is defective, the Buyer may demand a free replacement, price reduction, or refund.
- 5.3. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (A. Goštauto st. 12, 01108 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt)
