1.1 The Buyer has the right to cancel the contract without specifying the reason, by returning the goods no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day the goods were delivered.
1.2 The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase-sale contract by sending the goods via "Omniva" parcel machine or Lithuania Post and indicating the address info@dishop.lt in the recipient's email field of the shipment. Such shipment date of goods is considered as a clear notification from the buyer about the withdrawal from the contract and is treated as contract termination according to CC 6.228¹⁰ article. During the return process, you must fill out the Product Return form and send it together with the returned goods to the address: Vilnius EXPRESS MARKET Paribio parcel locker, Paribio g. 30B, Vilnius city, Vilnius city municipality, Vilnius county, 7779, indicating the phone number: +370 666 18112.
You can also fill out the return form by hand on a plain sheet of paper – it is important to provide all the required information. If the form is not enclosed with the returned goods, the refund process may take longer, as we will need to wait for additional information from you to identify the item.
Once the goods are shipped, Omniva provides a tracking code that can be entered on their website: https://www.omniva.lt/en/track-and-receive-parcels/# to track the location of the shipment.
1.3 . 'Di Shop' must refund all payments made by the Buyer for the goods, except for the shipping, packaging, and administrative fees, which are not included in the price of the goods, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The money will be transferred to the same bank account of the Buyer from which the payment was made.
1.4 When returning and/or exchanging goods, the following conditions must be met:
1.4 1 The goods must be in the original, undamaged, and intact packaging;
1.4.2 Do not exceed the specified 14-day return period;
1.4.3 . The goods must be unused, maintaining their original appearance (no damaged labels, no removed protective film, etc.);
1.4.4 The goods must be in the same configuration as they were received by the Buyer;
1.4.5 Returned shoes must be clean, and their soles free from dirt, stones, or any other debris. (Shoes may only be tried on indoors on a clean surface);
1.4.6 All accessories that were included with the goods as 'gifts' must be returned along with the goods.
1.5 'Di Shop' has the right to refuse to accept the Buyer’s returned or exchanged goods if the conditions specified in clause 1.4 are not met. The Buyer should note that according to applicable laws, the Buyer, as the consumer, is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if this occurred due to actions that were not necessary for determining the goods’ characteristics, completeness, or operation.
1.6 The Buyer bears all costs of returning the goods if the goods are returned according to clauses 1.1–1.5 of this section
1.7 Footwear care products (e.g., aerosols, sprays, sponges, creams, etc.) purchased in our store, the use of which cannot be verified, are not eligible for return. Also unpacked socks or other goods.
1.8 If the commercial packaging of the goods (e.g., a shoe box) is damaged or has lost its commercial appearance due to the Buyer's actions that were not necessary for checking the goods, the Seller shall have the right to reduce the refundable amount, taking into account the decrease in the value of the goods in accordance with Article 6.228¹¹(6) of the Civil Code.
Important: If the completed return form is not included, the refund process may be delayed until the completed return form is received from the sender and the returned shipment is identified.
